I enjoyed my stay. Was afraid to use the water at sink again washing my hands and brushing teeth. Water was fine at first, then shot out aggressively and black stuff ran out in the sink for a moment before it went clear again. Don't know what it was, but other than that its a nice hotel

This stay revealed a stark contrast between genuinely kind frontline staff and deeply problematic management, resulting in an experience that felt unnecessarily adversarial and distressing. From check-in onward, reasonable requests were consistently dismissed. One side of the hotel sits directly on a loud, busy street, and despite requesting a quieter room at booking and again at check-in, no accommodation was offered and no effort was made to explore alternatives. The first bedroom had bedbugs crawling on rhw bed and floor. They gave another room. We checked it and nothing was on beds and floors. But in the am when i went to was my hair I saw a bedbug in the towel. I would never come back to stay and they charge a lot for a room full of bedbugs.
