I booked my room with miles and because I became ill at the last minute as per policy I couldn't get my miles back. After just a couple of calls Carrie Caesar not only refunded my miles back she gave me a few extra miles for the inconvenience. Great staff, wonderful place to spend the night. Will definitely return here.

I wouldn't know about the service because I was just visiting a friend, but her room was beautiful and the lobby and hallways were gorgeous. ✨ They still had their holiday decorations up and even though I'm not a Christmas person, they were stunning. Very classy and cozy. Good location and plenty of parking.

I returned again for2 night stay, and again very impressed. The gentleman at the front desk bent over backwards to make sure everything went well Room was very nice, quite large Room was well equipped, clean and everything I needed for my stay. Breakfast was fine for free, no issues from me. Located in a good spot can walk to restaurants. My first time in this hotel and was pleasantly surprised, almost thought I was in a higher end Hilton.
