Service, let's talk about a finger in the face to diamond customers, and just common sense. Asked for water leaving for the day since the breakfast area was slammed. We were told to go buy it from the cooler. There are bags on the counter for grab and go with water in them. We didn't want to throw away the other stuff in the bag. We spend 20k a year with the company, just 2 people in 1 room, but this Hampton has no common sense. Regardless, we were told no water, buy it. So I grabbed 2 bags, threw the rest of it away. Given our situation having to scramble to find a hotel for a lengthy stay we were fortunate to find this hotel which we knew from using it as a wedding hotel. Carrie and the rest of the staff were so accommodating both then and now to make it feel as much like home as it possibly could.

Carrie, the front desk supervisor, was amazing. So welcoming, very friendly. She made me feel at home every day. Always smiling and always upbeat. Rooms were so clean and fully stocked. Excellent stay. Will definitely be back.

Carrie at the front desk was wonderful and friendly. She took care of so many of our bowler check ins and handled a few issues for our room block with pure ease and professionalism. All of our rooms seemed to be just great, everything was clean, Alex Chevelle and Nico were extremely helpful getting our registration meeting room situated, giving us ample opportunities to use the space.
