Hilton took our reservation for this Hampton Inn in Rockingham NC in 8/2024 and didn't tell us it was not completed and open until 2 days before our stay on 4/2025. Did not call. Just sent an email telling us to call their service number. Terrible experience especially for a Hilton rewards member. No compensation offered for this. Beware! This location is nowhere near ready to open. See pictures posted. Very disappointed in Hilton to put us into a panic in a location with few options available.
