5 star service! My husband had a performance in Rochester with his band; needless to say that we were exhausted entering the Hampton Inn after midnight. Luckily, Che at the reception desk was tremendously attentive, friendly and accommodating. He made sure that check-in was smooth, helped us when I needed an extra pillow, and spent a lot of time just getting to know us as people.
