We stayed at this hotel for our recent family vacation to Roanoke. The stay was wonderful. The room was exactly what we booked. Everything was so clean. The staff were all so friendly and kind. The location was great for all the things to do and places to eat downtown. Anytime we needed assistance, it was handled quickly and kindly. We will definitely stay there again if we go back!

Visiting from California. My family stayed here in 2020 and it was great. This time 2025, this is our first night here and we have already been transfered to three different rooms. Every room smells like DOG. The staff is very apologetic, but beware this entire hotel is dog friendly! Not a certain floor or a certain room, every floor and every room!
