Great downtown location!!
Excellent, clean, beautiful room with lovely Mountain Views. Service was excellent and Celeste checked on us via text to make sure we were taken care of well. No direct parking into the hotel - you have to walk outside briefly from the parking garage into the front door of the hotel unless you park on the 7th floor. Felt a bit unsafe at night.
I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Roanoke, Virginia, on July 12 and originally booked the hotel for just one night. Unfortunately, on the morning of check-out, I discovered that one of my car tires had been punctured by a sharp or solid object while my car was parked in the hotel’s designated parking area. The hotel was unable to determine what caused the damage or who was responsible because the area where my car was parked was a blind spot that was not covered by the security cameras.
