The room was clean but it was very musty. I could not get the temp in the room to cool down. I had the thermostat down to 65 & it never got below 68. The room was warm & very musty. Everything else was good. Customer service & employee were very professional
Lovely hotel in the perfect spot to enjoy good restaurants and boutiques. People were super nice! Biggest issue is the bed was so hard we woke up sore, and the pillows way to soft where you need multiple pillows because one is like your sleeping on a literal feather.
The staff was friendly, my room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I’ll be back
Very responsive front desk and most-welcomed "checking-up" text hours later. Made our stay outstanding.
