I’m a Gold member, but this hotel is under renovation and the room was awful. The moment I walked in, there was a strong sour, sweaty, moldy smell—absolutely disgusting. Even the ironing board was moldy. I was too exhausted from my business trip to change rooms, so I just endured it for one night. I won’t be coming back.
Front desk manager Joy is very cheerful, and helpful.
I just went for a birthday party very clean didn't like it was construction going near our room but it turned out nice and the restrooms was A1 very clean
We had a wedding to go to In Riverside and to avoid the dreaded 91 freeway at night we booked a double queen bed room here. The room was very clean, no smells. Bed was comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean. The check in was fast though the young woman who checked us in neglected to give us basic info. like breakfast time, check out etc. it wasn't until we stopped by the front again before we left for the wedding she was gone by then but the young man provide us with that info.
