My family of four went on a roadtrip and stayed in three different hotels... this was by far the nicest!!! The lobby and room was immaculately clean. Both front desk employees were exceedingly friendly and thoughtful. They provided the exact kind of welcoming service you hope for. The only hiccup we experienced was the elevator. Clean, modern, everything fine except bed . Bed was ok , not super comfortable
I brought a service dog and I'm just now realizing they charged me for my puppy. How is that possible? And being a Diamond member, Hilton really should read the policies to the people checking guests in every time someone enters. Because I presented my dog's ID, I don't think I'll be visiting again…
