We booked this hotel specifically because they advertised an indoor pool and spa. Both of which were not available. Pool was drained and spa was non-existant. The coffee bar was poorly maintained and not well stocked. 1/2 the coffee containers were repeatedly empty and the hot water for tea was only filled with cold water - and not just once...multiple times. They had to change our room once because the one they originally put us in didn't have a functioning heat/air system. Disappointing. We won't return.

The rooms are run down. 2 loose tiles in the bathroom. Closet door hinges are pulling out of the wall. Chipped furniture and paint. Strange mildew scent in the room. The pool is being remodeled, so that will be fun, some time in the future. Free Internet is slow, but you can pay for an upgrade, so that's neat. I'm only staying for the whirlpool hot tub in room. This was by far the most expensive hotels I stayed at on my trip by more than twice the price. It was the worst hotell I stayed in. Not worth $190. Not worth half that. Breakfast was the best part. The toilet that would not stop running all night was the worst. Again. I'm not impressed with Hilton
