What a dump! Situated in the back of nowhere. You can’t walk to anything interesting or even shops. I blame my travel agent for not booking one of the great casino hotels in Reno. Tissues in room: empty box. Noisiest air conditioner. Front desk were hopeless giving tourist- style instructions.
Great experience overall, the location is very convenient, the customer service made feel like a returning customer even though it was my first time been there, big than you to Front Receptionist the one and only Lesly she made the check in very easy and explained me all the blows whistles the stay has to offer. Breakfast bar has all you need to start your day, very clean and need. Sincerely, thank you for your service.
