Located just five miles from downtown and Raleigh Convention Center, we’re off I-440 surrounded by shops and restaurants. Concerts at the Ritz are within a half mile. The Red Hat Amphitheater is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Breakfast and WiFi are on us. Enjoy our bar, meeting rooms, and terrace, near our seasonal outdoor pool.

I'll stay again.
Very nice rooms comfy beds with plenty of pillows. Shower had lots of pressure and was nice and hot. The hotel in general had a very friendly staff, and everything appeared to be really clean. Location was great grocery store right across the street and plenty of restaurants right in the area. Only downside was the breakfast was lackluster. They have the standard waffle makers that was about the best option. Would stay again.
I agree with other reviewers regarding the front desk staff and the beds. I interacted with several different front desk staff over the 3 nights I stayed here for business. Every single one was unfriendly and some were rude. I recommend not taking a hospitality type job if you don’t like interacting with people. After a long day working offsite, I walked in to the hotel and saw a front desk girl with a whole counter of bottled water sitting behind her. When I wrote this review, things were mostly good with a few frustrating bits so it was 4 stars. Tonight a member of hotel staff told a 69 year old with limited mobility to walk up the stairs to the 5th floor. He didn’t offer to have a member of staff see if something was blocking the elevator. He didn’t offer to call anyone. This is especially rubbish since the normal cause of an unresponsive elevator here is a cart blocking the rear doors while staff move linens into the service rooms. Excellent stay. New and clean, convenient to North Hills and all the amenities on Wake Forest Rd.
