FAYTH WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. So respectful and so helpful she answered every question I had and was very patient with me! Truly made my night I don’t really come across polite receptionist These days
Front desk service sucks. Does not understand any request. Need to be fired immediately. Rawson. Horrible.
Had to pay $30 for parking which was never shared with me when I initially booked. Had to park in sketchy parking garage. Breakfast was cold. Hotel is in loud area surrounded by bars with lots of drunks walking around. Will not be staying here again. EDIT: I tried to call the number in their reply and someone immediately hung up the phone before I could even say "hello". Very unprofessional but I'm not surprised given the experience I had here.
Pool was closed, not sufficiently disclosed to us in advance
BIG shout out to Belita at the front desk. I had to sort out an issue with my room and she was so patient and helpful. She went above and beyond for me! You don’t see this level of customer service often anymore!
