Very Clean. Very Quiet. A vast variety of food options very near by. And my experience with ALL the service was very attentive and sincere.
We called on 3-1-26 about getting a room for one night and this lady named special was absolutely I think the best, nicest person we have ever talked to! She helped save us some money and was overall very helpful and kind I can not say enough about how lovely it was and on 3-2-26 when we got up there was another lady I hate we didn’t get her name but she was just so happy and nice and great attitude and made getting up so nicer!! Definitely recommend breakfast here. AMAZING BREAKFAST!
Had to switch over due to a bad experience at another hotel and this place is amazing!!! Thank you Lauran for understanding our situation and finding us a room for my birthday!!
The room smelled like smoke and the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The former military member that worked there stated his manager would give me a full refund the next day. His manager Gwedonlyn Duncan accused my family of stealing pillows which we didn’t and the picture below shows that. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room was warm and comfy especially during the snow storm. Definitely will stay here again.
