Absolutely amazing stay! Lauren, Ron and Special were so friendly and helpful. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable and were incredibly accommodating. This was hands down the best customer service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel, and we travel often. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!
Fairly close to Ft Knox, this hotel boasts one of the nicest front desk personnel I've ever met. Lauren was knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. She offered helpful tips and remembered my name (and the name of others who arrived). She sent a check in text to ensure I was settling in well and to give me another way to ask questions (albeit with the help of AI ro answer). Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and the breakfast was good also. The staff went out of their way to assist us. Great location if you're visiting Fort Knox.
Great stay. Room was clean and quiet. 2 night stay was great. Close to food and walmart and gas station. Easily accessible.
