My bofriend and I recently stayed at the Pueblo location. I made reservations a week in advance. And apon arrival my boyfriend had met me there. As waiting in the lobby as he told the front desk lady he was waiting for me to arrive. Get he was only waiting about 10 minutes for me to arrive. As I was down the street the lady had called security on him. This place is getting a full face lift with new furniture. The room I had was freshly remodeled. There was even new caulking around the tub and shower!! Bed was extremely comfy. Customer service was good.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. When I checked in, the front desk staff member was polite and provided me with a room key on the 3rd floor. After traveling for over 14 hours due to a flight delay, I was expecting a clean, comfortable hotel and a quiet room where I could rest and make work calls during my planned two-week stay.
