Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. Everyone here is so wonderful and the hotel is very nice. The rooms, the lobby, the pool area, everywhere is clean and well-kept. The breakfast is great. There are plenty of good restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.
It was very dirty and outdated. Dirty on the level that someone's used underwear was left in the closet, dust everywhere.
Good location near the highway. The beds were not comfortable. My kids were looking forward to the pool since it is an indoor one but the water was too cold to swim in. Staff seemed nice but when checking in had to wait a while before someone showed up at the front desk. I noticed other people having to wait as well.
Breakfast was not very good but other than that it was fine
