Just needs a better cleaning.
Requested adjoining rooms weeks in advance to no avail. The sheets in 3 rooms looked like had stains and the sheets in the sofa had blood on them. This hotel carries the Hilton name and it was disgusting, not worth the money
I was very disappointed with my experience. Our room was extremely humid, which made it uncomfortable. When we requested fresh towels and trash removal, we were told it would be taken care of, but it never happened. On top of that, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty when we arrived. We also arranged for a late checkout at 12 PM, which the front desk approved.
