Clean , comfortable, no pest noticed and nice staff

Decent hotel. Clean rooms, hot water, pretty good breakfast spread. My only real objection is if you get a room on the front, you get a lot of road noise. It's kind of surprising how loud it can be since it's set a ways back from the road, but they really didn't splurge on soundproofing. If you get a room on the back side it's much quieter.
I’m leaving this review in hopes that management will reach out and help resolve a simple reservation issue. My wife accidentally booked our stay at the Hampton Inn in Ponca City for the wrong week — the reservation was made for the current DAY when it was meant to be for the following Wednesday through Friday. As soon as we realized the mistake, I contacted the hotel immediately. I was told by staff to follow up with management the next day to have the dates corrected.
