I’m leaving this review in hopes that management will reach out and help resolve a simple reservation issue. My wife accidentally booked our stay at the Hampton Inn in Ponca City for the wrong week — the reservation was made for the current DAY when it was meant to be for the following Wednesday through Friday. As soon as we realized the mistake, I contacted the hotel immediately. I was told by staff to follow up with management the next day to have the dates corrected. great hotel
Although the staff did their best to be accommodating, this is one of the worst Hampton Inns I have stayed at. I asked for a different room three times due to unsanitary conditions. My husband and I finally accepted the fourth room because we were so tired. We were given clean sheets that we put on ourselves. The staff was apologetic, but I don't think this negates the unpleasantness. No discount was offered.
