Good location… We checked in late (around 11pm) got into our room and it was 64 degrees. So we turned the heat up…it didn’t get above 66 all night. The unit was blowing cold air all night. We messed with the thermostat a bunch hoping it was user error, it wasn’t. We thought about asking to switch rooms, but we were exhausted..and didn’t wanna play musical rooms. Great breakfast a and coffee

Location is phenomenal, my view has the river. Walking distance to a lot of shopping, the stacks, and places to eat. As for the room, although it wasn't the best upon arrival, Danieal (front desk) came immediately and addressed the issue. She went above and beyond including cleaning things housekeeping didn't, made sure my son was comfortable with the stay, greeted everyone with a big smile upon arrival and exiting of the building! No other worker said anything to us. Complimentary breakfast was delicious!
