This is the cleanest Hampton I have stayed in. It is bright and smells wonderful as you enter. The check in desk staff was kind and welcoming. The room we used was so clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious and was consistently refreshed and full of options to eat. The breakfast staff were sweet and kept the eating area clean. We were also impressed by the kindness and friendliness of the housekeeping staff as we were preparing to check out. I highly recommend this Hampton.
I want to give a huge shoutout to this hotel ! From the front desk to the breakfast to the maintenance, everybody was excellent thank you for the accommodations !
The staff are super friendly. Especially the ladies at the desk the afternoon my coworker & I arrived. Rooms were super clean and plenty of towels. This place is great! If you're reading this trying to determine if you should book here or not, do it. You won't regret it.
Gina, Paula and the rest of the staff were incredible. Stayed here for a PG baseball tournament. Needed a room for a team dinner, and they accommodated us. Paula went above and beyond, even getting a cute bday cake for one of the people with us. Thank you Hampton Phoenix/Surprise
