I booked this reservation through booking.com, which my mistake.. but the way I got whiplash from people who saw my reservation and people who didn't was insane.. and I called booking and they told me they cancelled it free of charge so tell me why I'm still getting an attempted charge on my card for a CANCELLED reservation, for one I would've paid and would've stayed if I had a room . I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. I've chosen it because I am a Hilton Honors member and I value the amenities that Hampton Inns offer. The rooms are clean, even if they are laid out a bit strangely. The housekeeping staff is extremely friendly. The included breakfast is simple and enjoyable I like the location with its almost "central" location and seemingly safe area...until my last visit in mid-July.
