The customer service was an amazing and it also includes breakfast if you're up early. I would definitely come back again.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. After checking out, I was charged an outrageous $340 “smoking fee.” This accusation is completely false. I do not smoke, nor did anyone in my party, and there is absolutely no evidence to support this charge. The only “proof” they offered was a supposed detector reading that went off while I wasn’t even in the room.
