Matthew provided exceptional valet service! He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. His attention to detail and welcoming attitude really stood out and made everything easy and stress-free. Matthew is a great representative of the establishment, and his excellent customer service deserves recognition. Highly recommend!
Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. A/C wasn’t cold enough and the fan kept shutting off waking me up. I sleep cold so this was importance t to me. They said they couldn’t do anything about it but had a thermostat with an energy efficient sensor and controls so they could have. Above all else I need good sleep in a hotel room. They also did not send the 3:30 am wake up call I requested so I could catch my flight out which was small in comparison to the room not being optimal for a good nights rest.
Valet sucked $44 a day and it was slow service and the restaurant was slow but fiod was good.
Had a great time at the the bar! The food was delicious and the Bartender Shay did her thang! We definitely will be returning!
