really accommodating upon check in but this place ended up bumming me out, man
Everything was good except for the fire alarm going off multiple times early in the morning. We had to rush downstairs each time only for them to be false.
Location wise it’s great, I went to Phoenix for a concert and it was a quick straight 8min walk. Some real good restaurants in the area too. I was a bit surprised at first of the no water bottles in the room, especially in Phoenix. While they were at the desk, so not much of an issue. Room wise was great. Bed was soft and room spacious. The front desk manager, Don, is amazing. He was friendly and professional. Asked me about my stay and made some recommendations about where to go. I loved the stay. The people who provided the service were amazing.
