Excellent humans working at this location.
Very nice room, the beds were comfortable and it had a beautiful view of the lake also the hotel was really nice and quiet with a nice breakfast room and really nice service.
Used a 3rd party to book (Reservation.com) a month in advance not once during the booking was it told to me there was a fee and that it was non refundable, traveling for the federal government i would have never used them because of the fee, i also told them upon booking that i was tax exempt which they did not apply. I had a change and when i called Reservation.com that is when i learned they were not going to refund me, they did tell me if the hotel manager agreed to doing so they would do it, i called the hotel and spoke ... read more
