This hotel earns every bit of its five-star rating because of its staff. Their customer service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Even though I was only there for a few hours, they made the stay feel welcoming and worthwhile. Great service leaves a lasting impression, and this team certainly did that. Highly recommended.
