Definitely would suggest that they change up the breakfast. The eggs have a slimy texture. I know it’s a “free breakfast” but when my hungry kids don’t want to eat it there is a problem. Waffles are great and they have other options for breakfast. We stay here twice a month to visit family.
Nice hotel, super friendly staff. Hotel looks like its been freshly renovated lately. So thats super awesome. Bed pillows are not the greatest. All in all nice place.
I was checked in by David, he was nice but needs more training. I asked for one bed he said it was sold out but parking lot was 3/4 empty. I will give 5 stars to front desk clerk Mary. She was the most polite person I ever soon. Mary was professional, courteous, and really knew what she was doing. She treated everyone with respect and took her time to answer all my questions. DISAPPOINTING! - COCKROACH IN BATHROOM 🪳： Imagine when you’re ready to take a shower and a small cockroach drops from the shower curtain to the ground… I didn’t take a picture because I just killed it and flushed it out. - RANDOM SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR: Who knows how long they’ve been on that chair in that room? - INDIFFERENT FRONT DESK: I called and asked to switch to another room.
