Hotel was clean. Hotel was in a nice area. Delicious breakfast including an option of red velvet waffles with coil whip and strawberries .. so good!
As soon as walked in we noticed the place was dirty and fixtures and baseboards were missing everywhere. The staff was questionable and awkward, there was a lady in the front desk yelling a a costumer about not pulling the door hard enough to get it open. He was having trouble with his key card. Then a girl with a bloody nose holding a german Shephard was freaking out because she left her key in the room. There was an old man talking to himself in the verge of tears. El gimnasio (si se le puede llamar así a un cuartucho) no lo habilitan desde hace meses, y no tienen servicio de lavandería, ni happy hour, y el desayuno justito, por lo que para estancias largas no es muy recomendable.
