Great rooms, good service and nice beds.
We recently hosted my niece's Sweet 16 at the Hampton Ottawa West, and it turned out beautifully. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and they helped make the planning part a lot less stressful. From the initial contact with Meena, up to the staff working the day of the event, I can't say enough great things. Our guestrooms were clean and comfortable and check-in was seamless. I have discovered this hotel locatedin Ottawa West over 2 years ago. I like this hotel, the rooms are spacious (suites). Free parking. Breakfast is also included. I have been staying at this hotel as my home away from home. Love it.
The room: We could hear everything our neighbors did including them using the toilet. There was no fan in the bathroom, no way to get air circulating apart from using the thermostat. Not eco friendly. But the shower had very low volume and no pressure, so I guess eco points for that? There was also no door to the bathroom, because a sliding barn door that doesn't do anything to block light, sound, or air movement doesn't count. The mini-fridge barely worked.
