Pésimo servicio, sobre todo las personas del front desk. Me cargaron 30 dólares en la tarjeta de crédito con la que pagué las habitaciones y con la que dejé el depósito. 30 dólares que nunca supieron darme explicación de porque realizaron ese cargo. La respuesta más fácil de ellos fue que llamara al banco y me quejara.
Don’t stay here just all around horrible and customer service is bad. I had an issue with check in and no one tried to help accommodate me and to help me with a refund. I slept in my car that night because I couldn’t check in. I’m literally a broke college student and they wouldn’t help me with a refund. I didn’t even have the money to pay for the hotel.
