Im actually staying there again at the end of the month
Hands down the worst hotel I’ve stayed at and worst experience. I travel for work and have never had issues checking in hotels and what not. But for this occasion I was going on vacation and made the reservation online weeks ahead. When it came time to go check in, I was told I was not able to check in because of my age. I am 19 years old and never had an issue with my age checking in At hotels. Also, when paying for the hotel online, they do not make it readily legible for the minimum age for this hotel. Rooms were clean, I had to move rooms during my stay because the AC wasn’t working properly in my first room. They moved me without hesitation.
