Staff was awesome.... housekeepers to owner, very welcoming and friendly.

This is truly the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in during my travels. Check-in is supposed to be available from 3 PM, but even now at 4:13 PM, I can't check in or get my key because the room isn't cleaned yet.There's no apology, just repeated excuses that the previous guest checked out late. I'm utterly dumbfounded. How can I get compensation for the meaningless time I've wasted in the lobby without using the room?
Great rooms very clean and very friendly
Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Staying this week and ill be back soon for another stay. Rooms are clean and pleasant and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
