I was calling to reach the General Manager but the Assistant Manager Wanzalla picked up and was very rude. I have never experienced service like this in my life at a professional environment. She stated “I told you she will call you back” I was like I never called before, then she didn’t want to listen just be rude and hang up. Stayed here last weekend, I always stay at Hampton Inns because they are consistently good, but had problems here. Asked for digital key at 3 p.m., did not receive it until after 6 p.m. The bathroom was awful, dirty, grungy, door would not close, black hair all in the bathtub, no body wash, etc. Toilet overflowed the next morning. Breakfast was also a disappointment. No hot water for tear, no milk for cereal, eggs were burnt, no syrup for waffles. The attendant was in the back on her phone. I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The experience was far below the standard I expected. Room issues I experienced: • First room smelled strongly of urine. • Second room had a dirty bathtub. • Closet door rolled loudly as if it were about to fall off. • Toilet continued to run. • Room had a strong musty smell. • TV repeatedly froze, as if there were internet issues.
