As a gold member of Hilton, first thing that happened is we did not receive our member perks upon check in. Secondly, the rooms in the hotel needed some maintenance, the shower faucet leaked consistently and the bathroom vanity light was out. Thirdly, morning breakfast was a disappointment. We went down one hour before it was to be done and there was limited food to choose from.
