Their parking fee is RIDICULOUS! I went to visit an out of town friend at this hotel. Was very surprised that it's $18 a day to park there, with NO hourly options. So I paid the fee for 24 hours of parking... Then was even more surprised we left and came back later that evening to discover there was ZERO parking available! This was mainly because between their hotel and Homewood suites next door there was 7 vehicles with trailers taking up 3-5 spots each. Did those vehicles pay $18 per spot? Doubtful. Billi is our savior. Late night search and she helped every step of the way to get us in. Also shout out to Maverick with his help. 3rd shift can be hard and Hampton should know of their rockstar employees.

Worst hotel parking experience I've ever had! We arrived late in the evening and the hotel's parking lot was already full along with the hotel next door. There was also no parking available on the street so people just started parking on curbs and inconveniently behind other cars. When we called the front desk for advice, the worker passive aggressively offered to move her car for us to park. I’m surprised, I had a great experience! Our room was clean, the area is quiet and walkable. They have breakfast from 6-10 AM, coffee and tea stations, a snack room a la carte, and I even had paper towel in my room. Also had a mini fridge and microwave. The gym is cute and open 24 hours. Also love that the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion was paraben & sulfate free. Those little things add to a comfortable stay!
