Beds uncomfortable receptionist very rude never took out the trash no clean towels made beds for 2 days pay 15 dollars a day to park ur car in the parking lot only breakfast no shuttle to anywhere
The staff were all very friendly , and they serve a nice breakfast. The suite was dirty, sticky stuff in kitchen area, on table/ desk, freezer was frozen could not use, refrigerator was missing parts, water was cold, shower was only warm part of the time, shower didn't work right, tub filled as you showered! Room was musty, couldn't get heat/ air to adjust. Needed a infant bed, they brought up a pack and play that was broken. We almost fell in parking lot and on sidewalk the ice was so bad...
