It makes sense to have to pay for the room you stay, but then you have you pay $15 to park in their parking lot. Depending on when you get there and what you plan on doing, by the time you get back, there might not be any parking. Some of the guest are hanging outside in the parking lot at night, looking sketchy. The energy at this place was off and I hated the location. On top of all of that, a guest was speeding out of the parking lot, almost hit me and then yelled profanity and called me out my name.
Nice hotel great free breakfast. One thing it needs is bathroom fans! I feel like that's a necessity
On the first night of our stay, the hotel tested its fire alarm twice at midnight, causing my family and me to run around in a panic. After paying a high room rate, I was also forced to park my car in front of the hotel after paying $15 per night due to a lack of available parking spots. Additionally, only one elevator was operational. The hotel needs to address these issues to improve the experience for its guests.
There was trash still in the bathroom on the side of the sink and my children was swimming in the pool the next two days I had to take them to the hospital which I found out they had got hands feet and mouth from the pool water .
