Best Hampton Inn we have stayed in. Very well appointed room. The surrounding area is spectacular, every where you look is appealing and awesome. The check-in went smoothly and the breakfast in the morning was good. The shampoo in the shower was empty.

If I could give it a zero that’s what I would do. Booked room 6 weeks ago. Confirmed and asked for top floor. Get to the hotel. They gave away our room and were very rude to us about it. Tried offering a smaller room which was a huge no. Lobby was hot as hades

Sorry, I misclicked by pocketting my phone. Everything is great! Front desk was polite and helpful. Room had enough towels and was perfectly clean. USB charging plugs all worked properly, too. 10/10, no notes.

Hotel is nice enough, staff was pretty good, and its a decent location. However parking is a pain!! We paid the parking fee, came back to hotel at 10 PM following dinner and there was no place to park. Had to drive around to find street parking. Talked to the front desk and they took down my information saying it would be taken care of on Monday. A week later no refund yet and having a hard time finding a person to talk to about it in this frustrating world of automation. Like I said, a fairly nice place, but with this heada... read more
