Have stayed here twice in the last month. The first time I was moved over here from a sister hotel next door who was overbooked. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. This time we checked in early and the staff was again very friendly and helpful. There was a moment we had to wait for snacks and the guest checking in was taking a long time due to a confusion . Decent hotel in downtown Omaha. Good value for the prices paid and just a few minutes walk to the CHI Health center. The room felt clean and check in was easy. My only knocks are: for parking you have to scan a QR code and settle that 3rd party, and the lot filled up while we were there so if you park and have paid.. don’t move your car for the night. My other knock is that they advertise the onsite C-store but when I went to buy Orange juice ALL of the bottles were a few weeks expired. Overall 4 stars bc I can live without... read more
