Tried to cancel reservation and was put on hold so long that I never connected and then just hung up. Worst customer service, they won’t let you cancel. Very unprofessional.
March 2025. I've never been in the area before and this seemed to be the best hotel for my two-day vacation needs, namely a reasonable price, good location, and good reputation. It lived up to my idealized expectations. We especially liked the breakfasts, great location, and indoor pool. Front desk service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.
Enjoyed staying here. Chandler at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. I will stay here again whenever I come back to Maryland. Cheryl, who ran the continental breakfast, was very friendly and helpful as well?
