This hotel is staffed by the kindest & friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Truly, they were just exceptional. Every member of the team we encountered took pride in their work and made the stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. ☺️ The breakfast was well stocked and plentiful, the customer service was always excellent, and our room was spotless. The room was spacious and clean.The bed was comfortable no spot on the sheets.Bathroom was clean n no stains on the carpet or furniture.Very little noise at all.
My family and I stayed 2 nights to celebrate new years. We loved our stay. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and kids enjoyed the pool. Our room was great! Very clean and the view of the bay was a plus! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back again.
Front desk person I worked with was named Walter. He was great he changed our room from the street view to the baywater view at no extra cost.
After initially having an issue with my online reservation, which neither the hotel nor customer service were able to resolve, I was pleased to find on arrival that I'd been upgraded to a bay view room. That's good customer service and it was appreciated. Parking is good, the lot well maintained and lighted, and no problem finding a spot close to the entrance.
