Perfect hotel Beautiful see view for rooms The hotel has all I need
I have had the worst experience with this hotel than I have ever had. There were cleanliness issues, but housekeeping took care of it. However, I inquired about the booked room twice to ask about the noise level and was told it was quiet. Upon staying it was extremely noisy-I heard the elevator constantly and it was very loud-disrupting being in the room, making certain a challenge sleeping. The toilet was also running off and on. Breakfast was good, staff exceptional friendly. Mold in bathroom, changed rooms with no issue. Before booking I called the hotel and spoke with reception desk to ensure both pool and hot tub were in service, I was told yes they are. 5 nights and no hot tub, out of service the entire stay, kept getting run around...
