Amazing staff and a walking distance from the convention center. The food was amazing we had red velvet waffles and they changed the breakfast up, by giving us sausage and eggs one morning and potatoes and eggs the other morning.
One of the white gals who is mgr there needs to read up on the Hilton policy about "upgrade". Rooms in clean state. Stayed on sun thru mon.
Staff kind resourceful, rooms clean and well prepared. Beautiful scenery behind the hotel. Convenient for our purpose her actually walking distance to the convention center for our annual Winterfest Revival. Very flexible to accommodate our group. Definitely enjoy coming here each year. May GOD continue to bless this establishment and it's staff
Friendly staff, amazing hospitality. Traveled with service dog so stayed in a dog room which previously dogs in it and a slight smell but is to be expected when traveling with pets. Would definitely stay again when traveling with dog.
