The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly and they have a beautiful breakfast and pool area on the Bay side. I am taking a star off because of the clientele. Both nights there seemed to loud parties going on along with some domestic alterations... late into the night. It didn't seem like the staff was able to stop this. OC is a party town but there are better places to take your crowd and live it up than a hotel hallway at 2 am. The noise level would have still been fine, but the DV yelling was scary. Nice, very clean hotel on the bay side. Only 5 mins from the beach. The bay side was lovely. Enjoyed sitting in the pool area facing the bay. Lots of different bird to watch. Close to many good restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were great with all the kids too. Family friendly hotel.
I had an excellent stay! The room was clean & renovated. I was on the 5th floor with a wonderful bay view & beautiful sunset. Breakfast was excellent! Will stay here again in the future. Stayed here 7/21/25-7/25/25.
It's very clean and our accommodation was excellent. I really have a great stay.
