Only replaced our 2 towels with 1 towel
Beatrice at night was not the most professional. Joe who checked us out in the morning was super nice. Breakfast was fair- premade items Rooms recently remodeled and very clean
Joe at front desk is awesome!
I stayed here while I was in town for a funeral two weeks ago the room was OK however the front desk service is not great. We checked in for 2 nights. We decide to stay a third night to be with our family as they were grieving. So we called this hotel to check availability and to see if they have any rooms available in Queens she said yes we have pleny queens rooms. This is a very nice Hampton Inn extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, nic hotel, bright free and inviting, treats guests with respect and thanks them.
