From the last time I was here over a year ago this location is now Under new management and they are rude and unwilling to resolve problems they surely knew of and conceal just to make a buck. In fact Mr. Craig looks for it. Don't waste your time booking here unless you're willing to deal with unnecessary harassment and lack of sympathy and sense. It's clear they recently modernized. However, what good is the new look of you can't sleep due to the old heat/air conditioning always on and extremely loud - it's like I am driving on the highway with all the car windows open. The evening staff at the front desk was unpleasant from the start - I arrived after midnight, checked in and used the digital key. When I came to the desk and asked for a bottle of water - they are supposed to give you 2 for honors members - the lady read me a lecture that she only gives them at check... read more
