Booked this place for a Thanksgiving weekend near family ran into an unexpected medical emergency that was obviously far beyond my control. I immediately called them as it took place and explained my situation and was told id still be charged for a night despite never even being in the area let alone stepping foot on the property or checking in. Staff didn't care in the least about my situation and kept telling me to call back to talk to Craig the manager who always seems to be away or gone for the day whenever I called in. ... read more
I’m thoroughly impressed everything is brand new renovation and hard floors no carpets in our room which I love. Everything is so clean the air when you walk into the room smells fresh. Best one so far I’ve stayed at honestly since I’ve visited from ny. And the breakfast is very nice.
IT WAS THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN! Friendly service, very clean and the bed was like a cloud. Slept so good, I didn't even heard my husband snore! That was bonus!!
