Had an issue with payment. Prepaid through 3rd party, but they charged my card for the room again when they collected the deposit for incidentals. Didn’t tell me, I had to discover the double payment on my own. Room door sticks, wouldn’t close and latch unless slamming it. Shower drained slower than water being added so overfilled. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast not to my liking. No oatmeal, neither prepared nor packages. Cereal only the sugary kind. Bowl of mixed cut fruit was still frozen. Absolutely amazing Stay thank you!
No sound proofing, when doors shut outside room, you can definitely hear it; the quick keys on phone do not work (Hilton inspector - please take note when inspecting if hotel is up to your standards); the only helpful staff was the gentleman who came at around 11 pm; no trash lining; barely any cups or coffee packets; best part of the room is the exhaust in the toilet- it actually works!
