I’m not one to give bad reviews but this situation was / is ridiculous. My girlfriend booked a trip to a book convention months out. While at the convention she received an email about payment information needing to be updated. When we arrived after a day out the desk clerk during check in called the manager. The manger relayed to him that our reservation was cancelled and that manager had called / left a voicemail. There was no phone call made. There was no voicemail left. As someone who travels frequently for work and stays in many hotels each year, I can confidently say this location stands out. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. What impressed me most was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and professional, but I'd especially like to recognize the woman who checked me in and worked the front desk during the day throughout my stay.
