妻はダイヤモンド会員でHampton Innをよく利用していますが、ここまで清潔なホテルは初めてだったそうです。私はあまり一緒に旅行しないのですが、今回はスタッフの気配りにかなり感動しました。 特にレストランのAldoさんとAmyさん。ずっと笑顔で、しかも本当にきれい。見ていて「この人たち、掃除が趣味なのかな？」と思うくらいでした（笑）。 普段はレビューなんてほとんど書きません。何かあればネットで文句を書くより、その場で直接言うタイプです。でも今回は逆で、良すぎたので書かずにはいられませんでした。 朝食も、よくある「無料だからこんなものかな」という感じではなく、種類が多くておいしく、しかも清潔。正直、ちゃんと安心して食べられた朝食は久しぶりでした（笑）。 とても気持ちよく過ごせました。また泊まりたいです！

This Mgr didn't get her name but she is Hispanic. Very rude and need to learn how to talk to guests,in a manner that she doesn't care about your concern. Without going into depth of what happened. I just want everyone to know she doesn't need to b in that position. I was so humiliated that I will never stay at that hotel again. I hope that Corp. looks into this and take action,I will also put a review on social media as well as goggle. Young lady i hope you have the life you deserve!!

Had a great stay at Hampton Inn & Suites North Houston Spring. Special thanks to Jailyn Jackson and Diego for making us feel welcome and helping make my homeboy Tristan’s birthday week special with a birthday gift. I really appreciate the hospitality and will definitely consider staying here again with family in the future!

Very nice rooms, excellent a/c, amazing water pressure. Breakfast was great, different food every morning.
