Always Exceptional/Excellent customer service and room service. I always choose Hampton Inn for location and Excellent Staff that always go above and beyond.
Great service from Mary at the front desk and Maria (breakfast) I enjoyed my stay. Mary took the time to explain everything I need to know about Hilton Honors and made me feel at home. Maria had everything neat and well stocked for breakfast. She kind and even had some wise words to share with me. The room was clean and everything worked properly.
Roaches…Found one in my room; they sent maintenance up who just took it and left. The situation was dealt with horribly from the girl at the front desk Shelby, who refuse to contact the manager and left. I ended up contacting the police because Shelby refused to contact a manager and shut herself in the office There was also another customer at the desk complaining the manager ended up having to come in to deal with Customer concerns
I must say this hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in. Cleanliness is top priority on my list and they did not disappoint. The service was even more exceptional. This one will be added to my list when visiting spring.
