Had one problem with the hotel. I booked the room a day in advance, when I got there for check in the room wasn't ready. It took about 45 min to get checked in. Other than that I had no issues, and I would book again at this particular hotel.
Nonostante l'hotel sia della catena Hilton è stata un'esperienza molto negativa. La qualità delle camera è medio bassa e con poca igiene, forse per via della moquette ovunque difficile da lavare. La cosa più grave è la gestione del manager che si è dimostrato poco professionale è decisamente poco corretto visto che avevamo delle prenotazione già pagate con booking. Sconsigliato
Checked in, toilet covered in urine and hair.
Gross carpet which was falling apart, broken drain, stained tub. Had to ask for toiletries to be refilled. Asked for room to be cleaned and new towels which NEVER HAPPENED. I mistakenly thought being in Newtown would provide a better experience but was oh so wrong. Breakfast made us all have upset stomachs. Head to another hotel, don’t stay here.
