We had a great time! Our reservation was a little complicated and Heather took excellent care of us. She had it all ready and sorted out (we were complicated not the hotel) also they have a Tesla charger and we were able to use it each day if our stay. This is super helpful especially when it’s so cold outside. The location is perfect for whatever you wanna do. You can walk all over. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My husband and I typically visit Hampton & Hilton hotels because we truly enjoy the quality of service. However, this time was quite different. We traveled for our anniversary and were utterly disappointed. The rooms were clean, the showers were nice, and front desk staff were amazing, although, the breakfast staff and servers were very rude—a truly negative encounter to our vacation. 10/10 stay at this Hampton Inn. Sal, the front desk manager, greeted us the moment we walked into the lobby and somehow made check-in… enjoyable (which is saying something). The 6th-floor river- and skyline-facing views are outstanding. Room was spacious, spotless, and exactly what you want after a travel day.
Great stay and great customer service. Especially Tanisha from the overnight crew! Amazing charisma, generosity, and dedication to making it a pleasant stay and birthday trip. My friends and I loved the charismatic queen!
