I loved I can’t wait to come back
On my way here I messaged about a situation in which I never got a response until way later. Afterwards, I called and the representative Ronnie gave me a clear answer. I finally got there an realized Ronnie was handling everything on her own , the desk, phone calls and in person customers. She was on it ! It took less than two minutes to check me in and I was good to go. That's the type of service and representatives I feel all Hiltons should have. Ill definitely be coming back to this hotel !
Basic room. The hallway smelled like wet dog. Our room was located right next to an elevator that did not work & a storage room where the housekeepers woke us up a little before 9am while gathered in this area. They were talking so loud for so long, I had to go out & ask them to please keep it down. We received a letter that our water was not to be used to brush our teeth and was amazed that there was no complimentary water left in our room for the inconvenience. Reggie was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was great. Our room was so spacious! Highly recommend!
My second time staying here and it never disappoints. Great customer service from the front desk and valet. Highly recommended and will stay again
