The room is very rundown. Tons of physical flaws. The tub is stained and torn up. The bedding is very cheap. Only writing a review because I feel duped by the advertising photos.

The 2 stars are for certain individuals. Cleveland at valet gets a star and Bob at the bar. Unfortunately the rest of the place / staff were below expected. In 5 days, we never had our room cleaned once, even though we requested it be done. I stayed 10/8/26 to 10/12/26. They have a one stall mens and women's bathroom next to where they serve breakfast. It had no soap the entire time I was there even though I told them multiple times that they were both empty. Have fun with that breakfast. My work also had to book a extra night for our team which the hotel decided to charge our credit cards for instead of the company card. Since the employees do not have the confirmation number, it has been a 2 day process so far getting a receipt.

I cannot say enough positive remarks about our stay. Conveniently located direct across from the convention center as well as walking distance to business district and the French Quarter. Hospitality was excellent and communication was a breeze using text message for any questions or requests. Prompt response to requests for amenities and cart with fast friendly valet service. We will definitely stay here again!
