We came here to stay for the weekend for a Hockey tournament. Upon arriving I Noticed our AC wasn’t working (it’s nearly 90 this week) but figured maybe it was just turned on so I gave it the night. Next morning I went to the desk and let them know it wasn’t working, that it was very hot in our room. Maintenance told us it was a brand new unit but they would switch it for an older unit and it should work fine. It was worse. After 2 nights here it has been hot and miserable in our room. Dan at the Front desk was Amazing! We arrived very late but he was so kind and friendly. Made us feel right at home. Accomodations were also exceptional! Thanks Dan!
