The only saving grace is the fact that Danielle was so nice and accommodating on arrival. That is where any positivity stops. The rooms were so so only because they were recently renovated. There was so much noise from other guests and construction in the building, we could barely fall asleep and stay asleep. We asked for a late checkout and the receptionist on the morning of 2/15 was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even give us her first name even when I asked. I hope management can figure out who it was. Rooms were only done upon request. Breakfast buffet was slow to refill. Hotel seemed short staffed and there was rarely anyone at the front desk. Our room was dimly lit. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Went in a got a room didn't go into room and found that for 1 night it was excessive. Went back in and canceled the room was not told that it was not refundable or what cost was when got room. Received a text from credit card telling me amount. No refund I will not book Hampton or any other Hotel associated with them again.
