Fantastic customer service, excellent location (very short walk to Tesla supercharger,) good breakfast, and everything you could want in this class of hotel. Stayed overnight and booked two rooms under my Hilton Honors account. My business partner left his wallet on the front desk. They figured out he was with me, and called me twice until we turned around and retrieved the wallet.
Im not a review person but I have to say that the customer service was outstanding and shout out to Meg she really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was going to be excellent with no issues considering that some rooms were getting remodeled but I will definitely be back again for sure Thanks again
We stopped for the night there. No reservation but they had a room for us. They are currently remodeling. We got a freshly done room on the 3rd floor. It was beautifully done. I have stayed in several Hamptons but this one is gorgeous
