Disappointed in the Condition and Upkeep – We’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years and have come to expect a consistent level of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. Unfortunately, our recent stay at the Hampton Inn in New Braunfels fell short of those expectations. To be fair, the property is currently undergoing renovations, and we understand that comes with temporary inconveniences.
