We stayed here while attending a conference at the Gaylord across the street. The comfortable room was remodelled recently, very spacious and had large windows. The location is great if you are attending an event in the area, but the whole National Harbor is a bit soulless and weirdly corporate and mall-like. When we arrived, there was a body being taken out through the lobby on a stretcher, complete with weeping family and somber men pushing the stretcher. Great location.
The location is great! The room I stayed in had a roach in the fridge that I discovered. Had to throw my food out for the week, which was a waste of money. I asked for a new room, which they gave me. Originally, they said they would have to charge me a price difference (additional fee) for moving rooms, but changed course and moved my room at no additional charge.
