I recently stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Smyrna in Room 203 while celebrating my daughter’s 9th birthday with a small swim party. Although we experienced an unexpected issue at first that disrupted our plans, I want to share how impressed I was with the way the team handled it. After the situation was brought to their attention, management and staff truly went above and beyond to make things right. Love staying here on my weekly project down from NYC, I need to know what bed they use so I can buy one for my apartment, holy comfortable! The Hospitality is outstanding from the staff especially the morning folks at the Desk, Terry and April always ready to greet me on my way out. They always leave me smiling as I exit for the day! This Budget hotel just outside of Nashville is clean and well maintained. The staff are very responsive. I did have a little trouble my first night of stay with the heater going out and blowing cold air. However, the front desk were very responsive to come check it out and help me move to another room in the middle of the night. There is no restaurant in this hotel, but their sister property across the parking lot has a limited but decent menu. Full breakfast is acceptable.
