Not truly up to par for a Hilton property, rooms were a bit dated ... I would not say it was terrible but not what I expect from Hilton properties... I am a long time diamond member... parking was a bit messy too not as well lit as I would like but did not feel unsafe... diamond parking was not very well marked , lastly front desk did not really give that warm hilton welcome that you expect.... I would miss this spot for another stay... 1 and done for me here
Will never even consider staying at this place again. I was denied my stay after refusing to give my phone number. Hilton has been on a brigade to spam you with text messages and sell your personal identifying information. Short round manager kept going on and on and even when I told him that he’d won and I’d give it to him he continues on the same repetitive loop. When I told him to shut up because he’d already won he cancelled my reservation. Unacceptable treatment towards a gold member.
