It’s an older hotel but still clean. We had two towel hangers in the bathroom that would t stay on the wall and the TP holder kept falling open dropping the TP on the floor. The Hotel manager Shawn was amazing. Each morning I sat in the lobby eating breakfast and reading and overheard Shawn dealing with customers and answering phone calls. He handled people with care and kindness. When they had complaints he did his best to meet their needs or offered suggestions of how to meet them in the middle to make things better.
