Great rooms, love the new bathrooms / showers. The guy that worked the front desk was absolutely awesome and helped us feel welcome. I wish I could remember his name, but it was the night of 10/27.
Outstanding stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Airport! I stayed here recently and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I needed. The lobby and common areas were spotless and inviting, and my room was immaculate with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of space to relax after a long day of travel. Up since 3am and need to rest before an afternoon and evening of meetings. Trying to check-in at noon, and am told that, for a Hilton Diamond member, it will be $75 unless I wait until 1pm. The owners of this nice, new property have quickly forgotten who the customer is. I wish them the best.
Clean, Good beds, great staff, close and convenient access to airport without traffic delays. Staying here again when traveling
