For a hotel this new and huge, you'd think there'd be more than one elevator, it takes forever to get to your room. There’s only one washer and three dryers for the whole place and you need quarters to use them. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for people with mobility issues. Other than that, it’s clean and the people that work here are nice.
Usually stay here about once every other month with my classmates for school. The staff is incredibly friendly and go above and beyond each time to make our stay comfortable and like a home away from home. Terry, Hong, Mary, Shelby are always such kind-hearted people that make it that much better!
Best hotel! I'm a frequent visitor and i've always had an amazing experience. The staff is the absolute best and take amazing care of their visitors. Rooms are always so clean. I recommend Hampton! Thank you Terry for everything you do for us! You make our visit everytime. Her greeting are always so warm and she makes sure we are comfortable. Keiser loves you!!!
