My recent stay at Hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I am here at the hotel right now and we had the utmost pleasure of meeting the GM Carlos Jimenez. He is warm and friendly and very passionate about making all the guests feel very accomodated.Carlos is an exceptional Manager well respected by his staff.The staff works very hard and are very dedicated to their work ethics. Hunter at the Front desk is awesome.She has an enormous personality and we had so much fun meeting her.They are both huge assets to the Hilton brand.
A great location, clean and new!! Hunter at front desk is the BEST! She is super knowledgeable and friendly!! We went for my birthday getaway to visit the beach and relax, this hotel definitely added to that! The rooms are clean and well taken care of, it offers kids to stay free, clean but on the smaller side pool up to 5ft, free parking, and free breakfast at 6am. Wonderful visit and staff. Would recommend and stay again next year!! Thank you Hunter <3
