The reviews and star ratings were the primary reasons I chose this hotel. I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel’s cleanliness, particularly my room. The daily breakfast area, open from 7 to 10 am, was kept exceptionally clean. Additionally, the staff I encountered during my stay were incredibly friendly and professional.
Checked in on 7/21 stayed thru 7/24 room 220 with my brother for work purposes 2nd day in room was not made was told they do them every other day. So ok, on 3rd day came back from work room still not vacuumed and so forth. Called front desk was told lady who checked us in never requested room service for us . What!!! Hampton will probably just give the generic response, just like everyone else.
This was a wonderful place to stay. Our room was amazing and the area is great. Definitely well worth the trip.
It's a gem in Nacogdoches. Every aspect exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Aaron and Alyssa at reception for professional, warm, and thorough assistance.
