Riley & Aaron & Amanda were very friendly, polite, & professional. The room was clean and smelled good. There is both a hot breakfast & a carry-out bag available. They have J1772 EV charging from SunCountry. Exercise room has a recumbent bike. The TV has 2 commercial-free channels. The TV in the room welcomed me by name. The breakfast was 🔥👌 Kayla at the front desk was above and beyond helpful for us multiple times 🫶 Will definitely aim to stay here again when passing through the area.
We stayed here the Monday before Christmas. The place was practically empty. Staff was friendly, breakfast was typical for the chain. We were upgraded and had a room on the top floor in the back. Nice view of trees. It had not been aired out in a while but didn’t smell musty, just not fresh. They have a small outdoor pool on the side of the hotel. Total meh experience. While the room itself (design and layout) are wonderfully spacious and comfortable, there were some very important misses that really shaped my opinion. The main and most important one being cleanliness. I find it quite baffling that there is a QR code and housekeeper name to tip, but the room was left in the state that we found it.
