Stayed 7 days for job orientation, breakfast was good and on time every morning, hot food and waffles and pastries. Juice and coffee and coffee in the room as well, mini fridge for food and drinks and a microwave too. Quite stay, the bed was comfortable housekeeping kept every clean especially the bathroom. If it was my money I would stay again no doubt.
I had a small issue with a reservation and Bryan resolved it in a highly professional manner. On top of his service the hotel staff are nice, the rooms are clean and it was an overall positive experience. Highly recommended, thank you!
THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR. Hard beds, thin walls, no staff available after 11 pm. The air conditioner did not cool the room... Paid $175.00 for a crappy night with loud noisy guests in other rooms at 3 am, lumpy hard bed and no A/C and no staff available to assist. Wouldn't have paid $50 a night for this place! Hilton/Hampton, pitiful...
