Needs updated badly
Excellent hotel. Quiet, safe, and clean. One minor complaint (not really their fault though) is there is a really nice outdoor sitting area, but it's on the side of the hotel facing I-35W and was quite loud because of the freeway noise (perhaps move it around the back of the building where it's quieter?). The customer service staff was very good. Everybody was friendly and attentive.
Room smelled musty. No one was at desk when I arrived about 9pm - the man was outside smoking a cigarette & came in after I was standing there for a couple of minutes.
Such a handy spot. 5th floor is newly remodeled and so clean! The cucumber water was delish!
