Everything was fine. Breakfast was very good for a free one. Told the lady at the desk about the elevator botton not working right and she was looking at it in 5 minutes.
I stay at this hotel often for the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants, the value, and the proximity to my home office. Most of the staff is friendly, courteous and engaging, but Pattie has been exceptionally friendly and helpful every time I see her at the front desk. This is one of my go-to spots in my travels around the state.
