Great experience! Nice clean rooms. Convenient location. Awesome breakfast and breakfast staff.
Lobby is beautiful and inviting, great breakfast space. Location is conveniently off of 24 , but still a distance from any entertainment. Pool was closed for maintenance. The room smelled SO BAD like mildew and urine. It was overwhelming, we stayed in 224. We were exhausted from driving all day with 2 small children and it was 10:30 at night or we would have left. We stayed 2 nights last week. A Monday & Tuesday. There was 3 adults in our room. At check in we asked for a room on a higher floor & was told only second floor was available. Our room was 212. The carpet had many stains & some of our towels were also dingy. Not white. I did ask for a couple extra wash cloths & bath towels at the front desk and she acted like she didn’t believe me about the dingy towels. Highly recommend very nice place
Friendly front desk staff, however this Hotel is filthy and you should stay somewhere else (don't let the well kept lobby fool you). Shower was covered in hair, I was too tired to leave, too tired to complain in the moment without blowing my lid. For reference, this was prior to me using the shower... plus I'm bald so it didn't come from me.
