The ladies at the front desk are very kind and warm. The room is substantial but very basic; could use some upgrades. I chose this hotel for the whirlpool tub inside the room. After driving 10 hours, I need hydrotherapy. If I am writing this review while staring at the tub, then you must have guessed that I am very sad. On a scale of 1-10 for pressure (most I visit receive an 8) this one gets a 2. I asked the kind lady if this was normal and I was told that it was. It is not. I made a reservation for 2 rooms. When we checked in, we were informed that I had made a reservation for 3 rooms and must pay for 3 rooms. The manager Rose was not on-site. The front desk person called Rose, but Rose would not come to the phone to speak to me. The front desk person told me that Rose said that when Rose returns, she would fix the problem. Really nice hotel, very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful, always got a hello or goodbye from them which does impact your attitude and day. Only issue was the breakfast not being fully cooked but it seems to be only days where one of the breakfast crew is working, whoever is making the raw potatoes please cook them a few minutes longer and everything will be perfect!
