When I arrived the rooms were filthy, the curtains were dirty, there were ants and the tub and shower had ashes and dirt all around the area. Spoke with the manager who b promised to clean the room, room was never cleaned for my second night stay. I will never stay here again and would suggest noo e do as well
I’ve had good experiences at other holiday in suites hotels so I booked here for my flight out of Nashville. None of the little things that make a hotel stay comfortable were to be found. There was no tv, they were redoing their cable, but I wasn’t notified until I checked in so there was no chance to book elsewhere. The fan on the air conditioner doesn’t stay on so the room got stuffy. And you have to control it from the unit instead of the thermostat. The toilet paper roll stops after 3 squares so you have to keep grabbing... read more

The hotel was clean, Rose at the desk was wonderful and accommodating after our very long drive, would definitely stay there again, breakfast was a plus
