It has been several years since my stay - I called and logged a complaint soon following my stay but it was left with no followup from Hilton. That said, in my experience, this place is a Super 8 with the name Hilton slapped on it. For background, I travel frequently and am a Hilton Diamond member. Definitely one of nicer hotels in Moreno Valley. The staff are very professional and helpful. The facility is clean and breakfast is great.
