Never staying here again. Went to check in and nobody was here for 30 minutes. Ridiculous and very poorly mismanaged. Rooms are 7/10 but the service is a 0/10!
Had a wonderful stay. Claire at the front desk went above and beyond to over exceed our expectations. Such a nice and friendly staff. Will definitely be back
