Had a wonderful stay. Claire at the front desk went above and beyond to over exceed our expectations. Such a nice and friendly staff. Will definitely be back
Rooms were good, but breakfast was meh!
For the holiday, we booked a reservation. We called a week ahead of time to ask if dogs were allowed they said yes. We arrive and they stated the dogs can’t be in the pool area. Why would you allowed dogs if they can have full access to the property. Also why would you not tell guest ahead of time that dogs are only allowed in the rooms, no other areas of the hotel. You charge a nonrefundable 75 dollars plus tax. You would think they would be transparent. I had to cancel my reservation and drive 40 minutes back home. Highly ... read more
